一个学期很快地就结束了。希望这门中文课让每个人的生活更加多彩，更具有意义。学习语言一直都不只是学习语言知识就好了。更重要的是，如何使用这个语言去表达自己的想法；使用这个语言去拓展生活圈，与中文世界交流；透过这个语言增加自己吸收新知的管道，增广见识，欣赏各种文化；透过这个语言能理解你生命中与你相关的各个世代：他们成长与故事，背后不为人知的苦与乐。希望这次的期末报告，对你们来说，不只是一个功课，而是一趟探索自己、亲人的旅行！看着每个带有个人特色的作品，老师就好像溜进了不同的世界，看到不同样子的你们，谢谢每一个愿意分享的你们，让老师到你的世界坐坐。

 

哎，中文世界这么大，怎么可能三个月就说完了呢？每一学期的中文课都有着不同的探索主题，期待我们很快再见，再一起度过快乐的中文时光。

This term ended too fast. I hope Chinese class brought more colour and meaning to your lives. Learning a new language has never been about learning grammar, but more importantly, it is about learning how to use the language to express yourself as well as expanding your social circle and communicating with the Chinese speaking world. Moreover, language develops new paths to expand your knowledge and to learn about different cultures. Learning and understanding the generations related to you through the language: their stories and experiences, their hidden sorrows and happiness. I hope this final project was not just another assignment, but a journey to discover yourself and your families! Everyone’s work was full of unique personalities, Laoshi feels like she walked into a different world, and saw different versions of all of you. Thank you all for sharing your stories and allowing Laoshi to experience your worlds. 

 

The world of Chinese is so big, how do you cover everything in three months? There are different topics to explore each term of Chinese, so I hope we will see each other soon, and be able to spend more happy times together!
